  • Atomic Number - Number of Protons
  • Mass minus Atomic number equals Number of Neutrons
  • Isotopes - Some atomic number but different mass
  • Mass Spectrometers -Are used to determine the relative abundance and mass of the isotopes of elements

    How do you determine the atomic mass of an element if you were given data from a mass spectrometer?
